2 rooms, 42sqm, Plac Konstytucji, air conditioning and parking

I'm renting out my own flat at Plac Konstytucji, available from 1 October. I lived here myself and furnished it for me, not for short lets, so the standard is residential rather than rental-grade. I'm looking for someone staying a while who will feel at home here.

LAYOUT Two rooms, 40 sqm. A 25 sqm living room with the kitchen open onto it, a separate bedroom, bathroom, and a hallway with a built-in wardrobe. The windows face the square and the living room gets sun until late afternoon.

THE BUILDING The MDM building directly on Plac Konstytucji, a protected 1950s quarter. Thick walls, so it's quiet and holds its temperature in summer and winter. Ceilings over 3 m and a wide staircase.

• Air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom, controlled separately
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, proper pots, pans and knives
• Bedroom: queen-size bed with a good mattress, blackout curtains
• Large built-in wardrobe that takes a full set of clothes plus suitcases
• Washing machine, 50-inch TV, fast Wi-Fi, a proper spot to work from
• Bathroom with a rain shower, large mirror and good lighting

PARKING Included in the rent. In Śródmieście's paid parking zone a private space is hard to find and usually costs several hundred zloty a month on its own.

The area

• Politechnika metro: 5 minutes on foot
• Centrum and the Palace of Culture: about 15 minutes' walk
• Mokotów business district: about 10 minutes by metro; Wola and Rondo Daszyńskiego about 15 minutes by tram
• Warszawa Centralna station: 20 minutes on foot or 5 by tram
• Pole Mokotowskie and Łazienki park within walking distance
• Bakeries, cafés, a gym, a pharmacy and two supermarkets within 300 m

I never needed a car while living here.

Terms

• Available from 1 October 2026
• Rent: 5,500 PLN per month, parking space included
• Utilities: around 900 PLN per month
• Deposit: two months' rent
• Minimum term: 6 months, longer is welcome
• Najem okazjonalny agreement, bilingual PL/EN, invoice available
• Non-smoking, suits one person or a couple
