Opis

We have an approximately 15 m² room for rent in a lovely big two-storey apartment in a small apartment building in Oliwa. You would be sharing with three wonderful people who work nearby and speak English, Spanish, French, German and Basque.
The area is leafy and green and both the forest and Oliwa Park are in walking distance. It's very close to offices in the Oliwa Business Center and Alchemia buildings, as well as to lots of tram lines, buses and the SKM. There are shops nearby as well.

The room has a bed, desk, cupboards, bookshelf and a chair. The apartment has two bathrooms, a washing machine and a full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher.
The rent is 1875 PLN per month with approximately 300-500 PLN in fees, depending on the month. The deposit is 2500 PLN.
