The offered property consists of two separate rooms (divided into a living room/office and a bedroom), a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. It also has a large loggia with a beautiful view and upon request it’s possible to rent an underground parking space and a storage unit (located in an adjacent staircase) for an additional 350 PLN per month (optional). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with the option of additional furnishing according to the tenants needs. It can be rented for quiet, responsible tenants without pets, willing to sign a contract for at least 12 months.

Additional maintenance costs are administration fee that contains basic advances for utilities like central heating (provided by MPEC) waste disposal, hot and cold water, which amounts currently to ~680 PLN + electricity bills are paid separately (registering the meter to the tenant is preferred, but not required). A refundable security deposit equal to one monthly rent + administration fee with advances and a commission fee for the agency are required upon the lease. The owner may ask to sign a notarial (occasional lease) agreement, but in such case he will cover the associated notarial fees (except for the potential cost of a sworn translator).
